Managing Director

Martin moved to Victoria in the early 1990s from Adelaide with the vision to support rural communities. Under Martin’s guidance, the family business has grown to become “The Big Shed People”. Martin continues to support our farmers and the Australian steel industry - and keeps an eye over the numbers in the business.

Lennie’s involvement with Action began back in 2010 as a building consultant before taking up the role as Sales Manager. Since then, Lennie has travelled the country, working with farmers to design and build their ideal shed. In his own time, Lennie enjoys scouting out wineries and other hidden country gems.

An integral part of the team since 2013, Jason has considerable farm shed design experience and advice. Jason is always happy to have a chat whether it’s working out the most cost-effective configuration for your hay storage - or discussing the football scores.

Warren manages the material purchasing and oversees Accounts Payable. With Warren’s long term industry experience (over 30 years!), he can wear a number of different hats, including R&D and building consultant!

Ben joined the team at the start of 2021, making the move from Melbourne to the northern Grampians. This proved to be an excellent move for our team! Bringing extensive project management experience, Ben works with Allan to manage projects through to final sign-off.

Walter has quickly become an invaluable team member since he began at the start of 2017. Working with our team of draftsmen and engineers, Walter keeps our workshop team busy with expertly drawn shed plans and computations.

Adrian heads up a specialist role which includes quantifying all shed materials for purchasing, arranging and overseeing the logistics and scheduling hot-dip galvanising. This is an important cog in our process, requiring a lot of technical shed ‘know-how’!

With a strong focus on safety, efficiency and results, Wayne keeps our star workshop team performing. After learning the intricacies of shed manufacturing, he gained valuable on-site experience by installing sheds across Victoria. Now as a project manager he oversees projects from council approvals through to completion.
