- Best-practice grain shed configurations include the recommended fully-enclosed shed design with concrete panel walls.
- Customise your grain shed design with sliding doors, cantilevered canopies for sheltered access and removable t-walls or l-walls for segregation.
- Cost-effective grain shed sizes include the standard 24 metre span or 27 metre span. These are functional too. For example, a 27 metre span allows a truck to turn inside the shed.
- Accommodate angle of repose with a roof pitch between 18 – 25 degrees, depending on the product being stored. The best height will depend on how you load the shed. For example, will you be tipping inside the shed?
